MyAllergy are building the world’s largest free community to connect sufferers of food allergies and intolerances. With forums to share tips and recipes and a handy app to share allergies and intolerances with others on the go.

Tomia built a Salesforce community portal which interfaces with Magento. This was built on a custom PHP. It’s an open source platform, open to other platforms. At Tomia we adapt our solutions around multiple platforms.

This was a proof of concept – based on that, we delivered an effective solution based on the requirement needed to raise the funding of circa. half a million pounds.

Tomia ran a workshop for MyAllergy with owners and investors, as well as allergy sufferers. After conducting an in depth market research analysis, Tomia incorporated these findings to create an innovative Salesforce integrative solution based on facts gathered.


Innovation is the primary keyword here. Tomia’s own database is called MSSQL and is integrative with Salesforce (community CRM) which enables all data details to be stored within the primary database. The solution required a responsive website with scalability as a key foundation for the solution.
