Colliers International were looking to take the next step in evolution for their online presence. The challenge that Colliers International required is the subscription and shortlisting for a membership, to have a property feed, property hive listing, blogs and news system and have a more responsive framework for both desktop and mobile.

As part of the subscription and shortlisting, the membership module allowed their interests and property preferences which will then trigger the property matching system. Each time a new property is added to the system, an email will be sent to any members who match that properties profile. The system will allow members to shortlist properties to their own list for easy retrieval later.

The property feed integrations provide a near real-time feed to the website. All property information is controlled in reapit ensuring data can be modied in one place to comply with regulations.

With the Property Hive Listing module, the system comes with a standard postcode and area searching capabilities. Tomia Digital customised the parameters based on Colliers requirements. With the additional Google API integration that introduces radius search and surrounding areas search. The reporting and analytics, Tomia Digital provided a property reporting feature, displaying valuable marketing information allowing Colliers to easily learn from the site user visitors of what sort of properties are most popular or which landing pages convert the most enquires.

In inclusion of the Blogs and News, using an articulate module, providing a full-featured system. Including publishing rights control, version control and access history details. And with the responsiveness, we had ensured all frameworks is responsive allowing all pages of content to adapt to any screen size for mobile and desktop.
