We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who blends deep technical understanding with exceptional client communication and leadership skills. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital products from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects across web, ecommerce, and AI-integrated applications.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients—building strong relationships, managing expectations, and translating business goals into actionable project plans.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, data specialists, and external partners to align deliverables with technical and creative standards.
• Define project scope, budgets, and schedules using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Anticipate risks and proactively manage issues to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with best practices across WordPress, Magento, NopCommerce, and Umbraco environments.
• Support technical discovery, requirements gathering, and documentation for new builds and integrations.
• Drive process improvement and quality standards across the delivery team.

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships for complex web or app projects.
• Strong technical grounding—comfortable leading conversations around CMS platforms, APIs, hosting, and integrations.
• Experience delivering projects on WordPress, Magento, NopCommerce, or Umbraco (experience with multiple platforms is ideal).
• Familiarity with AI/automation technologies or data-driven solution design is a major plus.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Skilled in Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Confident in managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of Azure, AWS, or other cloud environments.
• Exposure to AI integrations or machine learning-powered applications.
• Experience writing or reviewing technical documentation and statements of work (SoWs).
