We’re looking for a highly organised Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This is a versatile role that combines administrative, financial, and people-support responsibilities—ideal for someone who loves keeping teams organised and projects running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across teams, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating documentation.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and supplier information using cloud-based systems.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new team members, tracking leave, and organising team events.
- Assist with financial administration including invoicing, expense tracking, and liaising with the finance team.
- Help coordinate client meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
- Maintain and improve operational processes to ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, IT inventory, and vendor relationships (for office-based roles).
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or office management experience, ideally in a creative or digital environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using modern productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, or Asana).
- A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable supporting remote and hybrid teams.
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping or financial processes is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a digital agency, tech, or creative services environment.
- Familiarity with HR software or accounting systems (such as Xero or QuickBooks).
- Interest in technology, AI tools, or digital marketing.
